Client first to select a design style direction, discuss home layout ideas (with option to select from T+D stable of layouts), then progress through the disciplines (e.g. Design Review Committee, Permit) as appropriate. Home design process consists of producing a package set to include, but is not limited to, full set of plans to include consultant(s) (e.g. structural, landscape, etc) partnered with materials palette as appropriate for project.
